Methods Intra-carotid arterial diazepam injection test was done in 20 patients with intractable epilepsy which manifested bilateral synchronous epileptiform discharge under EEG-monitor to judge epileptogenic focus side by observing inhibited epileptiform discharge situation after injection. 方法对20例两侧同步性痫样放电的难治性癫痫患者在脑电图(EEG)监测下进行地西泮颈动脉内注射,观察注药后痫样放电受抑制情况来确定痫灶侧。

In epileptic group, epileptiform discharge in dynamic EEG was mainly in unilateral hemisphere or dominant in limitative unilateral side and bilateral cerebral hemisphere. In suspected epileptic group, the detectable rate of epileptiform discharge was the highest in bilateral cerebral hemisphere. 癫痫组中动态脑电图痫性放电以一侧半球或局限性一侧偏胜以及双侧大脑半球为主,可疑癫痫组中以双侧大脑半球痫样放电出现率最高。
